Walk For Hunger!

Hi Everyone!

On Sunday, May 1st, our team: Bean Town Walkers, will be participating in Project Bread’s 2011 Walk for Hunger.

The Walk for Hunger is held on the first Sunday in May every year. The 20-mile Walk route weaves through Boston, Brookline, Newton, Watertown, and Cambridge.

I hope that you will support me in my efforts to raise money to help end hunger in Massachusetts, and help feed hungry children!

You can join my team & bring people, if you would like to walk with me on that day! If you would like to support me, and choose to donate, you do so directly at my web page. Please hit ‘Donate to Me’ button on my personal page:

The money that is donated to my personal goal will also contribute to my teams goal! If you are not comfortable with donating on the internet web-page but would like to do so with cash or check please let me know and I will send you the details. (Please, even a dollar helps and we would be very thankful!)

Today, The Walk for Hunger is the oldest continual pledge walk in the country, and the largest annual one-day fundraiser to alleviate local hunger.

The money that I raise by walking as much as I can of the 20-mile route will directly help hungry people. Funds raised through the Walk support more than 400 emergency food programs in 135 communities statewide.

Please donate to my Walk to help me make a difference and reach my personal fundraising goal. Thank you for your support of me and of hungry people.

Together we CAN make a difference!

I appreciate you taking the time to read about this event and visiting my web page, if you do so. Look forward to hearing from you! Thank you sincerely, Nina & Team!
